Is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation :


SYSTEM TESTING SUPERVISOR (STS)

Key Responsibilities:

* Defining the test strategy applicable to the product(s) to be tested.
* Work together with other party (internal or external) in setting up the testing environment and operational procedures.
* Managing the testing resources and activities through the various testing levels or phases.
* Provide a QA of testing tools, operational process, test documentation, plans and reports
* Reporting findings to appropriate forums and do follow ups
* Ensures that products delivered into production are of an agreed standard and quality.
* Provide regular communication with Project team

Required Qualifications and Skills:


· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Information Technology field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

· Having experience at least 1 - 2 years as software tester, preferably in banking institution

· Having experience with Mercury QTP is an advantage

· Good understanding of the SDLC and how testing integrates with the SLDC

· Strong technical background

· Provide mentoring and guidance to others and provide input into recommendations.

· Deliver, or participate in, presentations to internal & external clients and deliver quality outcomes.

· Work collaboratively with relevant and external stakeholders (business and/or IT)

· Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

· Excellent PC literacy and proficient in written and spoken English is a must.

CORE BANKING SYSTEM DEVELOPER OFFICER (CB-SDO)

Key Responsibilities:



* Ensure you are fully conversant with any situations.
* Develop new systems using IT standards, tools, systems, and methodologies.
* Researching and understanding code that is to be modified.
* Writing and executing unit test procedures.
* Maintenance of existing and new systems to quality standards and in a timely manner.
* Track all new work, bug fixes & enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Information Technology field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

· Having experience at least 1 (one) year as System Developer

· Has strong understanding in at least 1 (one) language programming (Cobol, C/C++, Delphi, FoxPro, etc)

· Good knowledge of SQL programming, knowledge on Oracle or MS SQL Server is a plus

· Conversant in Unix and shell programming

· Good knowledge of banking system is a plus point

· Has understanding in how to use AIX is plus point

· Proactive, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment

· Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

· proficient in written and spoken English is a must.


SOLUTION DESIGN OFFICER (SDO

Key Responsibilities:

* Consulting with business owners to understand the intent of the initiative
* Articulating and translating business requirements into functional requirements documentation
* Contributing to developing design options and solutions that support the business intent
* Producing appropriate design artefacts for stakeholders and management
* Reporting findings to appropriate forums and providing recommendations
* Provide expertise in the areas of business/data analysis, work estimates and testing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:



· Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant Information Technology and/or Business field from a reputable local/overseas university with GPA > 3.00

· Having experience at least 1 – 2 years as business analyst or system analyst or similar, preferably in banking institution

· Able to independently learn new technologies and business concepts

· Highly proactive and self motivated as well as able to work in a team

· Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear way

· Creative thinking and problem solving

· Have a project management skills

· Provide mentoring and guidance to others and provide input into recommendations.

· Deliver, or participate in, presentations to internal & external clients and deliver quality outcomes.

· Work collaboratively with relevant and external stakeholders (business and/or IT)

· Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

· Proficient in written and spoken English is a must.
