PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ( PS )
Responsibilities :
Coordinate day to day activities of all resources in his responsible shift / area. Achieving targets in quality and quantity. To ensure production process are executed consistently, align with the company's SOP.
Requirements :
* Age : 30 - 35 Years.
*
Bachelor Degree (S-1) in a relevant discipline (Technical/ Mechanical/ Chemical engineering).
*
Minimum of 3 years of production experience.
* Having basic leadership, good problem solving skills.
*
Mature, eye for detail, able to work shift, working under pressure.
*
Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (WS)
Responsibilities :
To supervise the warehouse activities through managing & controlling all materials in store (Rawhide, Chemical, Wet-blue & Leather) while managing the administration of incoming & outgoing of materials. He is also responsible on stock accuracy and optimizing warehouse stock.
Requirements :
*
At least a Bachelor Degree (S-1) in any field of study.
*
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position.
*
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP application software is an advantage.
*
High energy, critical mind, systematic, able to motivate subordinates.
*
Good English language skill, both verbal and in writing.
