MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT-ITS)

Will be trained and developed to meet Schneider's qualification. Might be rotated to different role/function/location when necessary. Good technical competencies and commercially conversant to grow the business.
Requirements :

1. Graduate in Bachelor degree (S1) Engineering (Power/ Control/ Automation/ Physic Engineering)
2. Minimal GPA 2.8
3. High motivated to grow with World Class team
4. Shows good potential in Leadership
5. Proficient in English, verbal and written.
6. Computer literate (Windows applications).
7. Male/Female max. 25 years old.
8. To sign and respect the 3 years bond agreement.

1. METHOD ENGINEER (ME) - Industrial
To efficiently implement lean manufacturing methodologies in the production process to ensure continued improvement. This will include finding ways to reduce cycle time and eliminate waste by identifying value versus non value added action, ways and means to continually improve and cut costs.
Requirements:
* Graduated in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
2. TECHNO COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (TC) – Service & Industrial Division
Responsible in managing projects which includes understanding and translating technical specification into Schneider products and offer, to estimate project costing while making sure its On Time Deliveries within agreeable time schedule, cost and Schneider's quality standard.
Requirements:
* Graduated in Electrical (Power) Engineering.
3. ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (DE)
Responsible for the Low Voltage and Medium Voltage design engineering to meet customer requirements and adapted to production capabilities.
Requirements:
* Graduated in Electrical (Power) Engineering.
4. HR SUPPORT (HRS) – Industrial Division
Responsible in supporting HR for Industrial in Operational Management, including administration.
Requirements:
* S1 degree in Industrial Engineering.
5. SALES ENGINEER (SE)
Responsible in maintaining & developing existing customers as well as new ones, to promote and win sales for Schneider's solution on customer's requirement on Low and Medium voltage electrical distribution and Automation.
Requirements:
* Graduated in Electrical (Power/ Automation/ Control/ Instrumentation) Engineering.
6. COST ACCOUNTANT STAFF (CAS)
Responsible for transfer price and standard price of material. Analyze the price variance, material revaluation variance. Analyze and provide the profitability of activities. Provide related report such as inventory, logistic cost, warranty and conso margin.
Requirements:
* Graduated in Accounting.

General Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in related job.
2. Initiative, high integrity, fast learning, and good analytical skill. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team player.
3. High motivated to grow with World Class team.
4. Shows good potential in Leadership.
5. Proficient in English both verbal and written.
